the location was perfect! close to the metro, shopping and lots of dining options nearby. the staff was super friendly! all of them. i mainly just used it to bathe and sleep, so it worked out well.

The soap and shampoo is kept in a dispenser from the 70's and is poor quality. The shower head has not been cleaned for years and the entire hotel reeks of smoke. the wall paper is bizarre! the breakfast is very poor quality and i was made to wait until after 14h00 for a room seems just to prove a point because when i complained a room became available.

the room we received did not match what i booked. i specifically requested a double bed, but we were given two single beds pushed together. this made for an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement. also, the bathroom was small with the shower cubicle being particularly impractical.

The location was great and central. I could easily walk to many attractions (I didn't use the metro much).

The room was quite small and felt cramped. I was disappointed the bathroom was also tiny. The shower was especially challenging. I also found it inconvenient that there were no drawers, only hanging space.
